Case Study: Office for Nuclear Regulation

The Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR) is a highly specialised organisation that provides efficient and effective regulation of the nuclear industry, holding it to account on behalf of the public. They employ around 350 nuclear specialists, as well as corporate and administrative support roles.

The challenge

Attracting and retaining candidates with particularly niche qualifications and experience. Nuclear specialists and engineers are hard to find and as such the competition for these candidates is high. The ONR needed to ensure that their application process was as easy as possible and provided a good candidate experience.
